Cancellation policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions

• You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime.
• After cancellation, you will not be charged for future months, and your subscription will continue until the end of the current month.

2. Prepaid Subscriptions (6-Month & 12-Month Plans)

• Prepaid subscriptions are still subscriptions. You can cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• After 30 days, prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will continue receiving your letters until the plan ends.

3. Damaged or Missing Letters

• If your letter does not arrive or arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us promptly to arrange a replacement.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds for eligible cancellations or replacements will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
