Shipping policy

Postage is included in all subscription plans. There are no additional shipping fees.

Letters ship via USPS First Class Mail on or around the 15th of each month. Delivery typically takes 1-5 business days after mailing. Subscribers located farther from Cary, NC may receive their letter toward the end of that window.

If you subscribe on or near the 15th of the month your first letter may ship a few days later than usual.
